AM EAS Security Labels – 58 kHz Compatible Retail Security Solutions
AM Secure, s.r.o., based in Prague, supplies 58 kHz Acousto-Magnetic (AM) EAS security labels manufactured through a fully integrated production process - from amorphous resonator material and semi-hard magnetic bias processing to precision label assembly. This vertical integration ensures tight frequency control (57.7–58.3 kHz), stable magnetisation, and consistent batch-to-batch performance.
Each production batch is validated under European quality oversight in Prague to confirm detection reliability and deactivation consistency. The result is a technically controlled and cost-efficient alternative to Sensormatic® labels, fully compatible with all major 58 kHz AM EAS systems without requiring infrastructure changes.

Full control over amorphous and semi-hard magnetic ribbon production allows us to engineer DR (double resonant) labels with precise frequency tuning, stable bias magnetisation, and consistent long-term performance.
We control the complete production process, including amorphous resonator manufacturing, semi-hard magnetic bias processing, controlled N/S magnetisation, and precision automated label assembly. This vertical integration enables tight frequency tolerances (57.7–58.3 kHz) and stable bias magnetisation across high-volume production.
Long-term performance stability is verified through batch validation under European quality oversight. Consistent detection and deactivation performance over extended storage periods is essential for retailers and source-tagged goods, where labels may remain on products for many months before sale.
We manufacture our own amorphous and semi-hard magnetic ribbons, enabling precise control over resonator tuning and bias magnetisation. This allows us to produce DR (double resonant) labels engineered for consistent detection and reliable deactivation at 58 kHz.
Our labels are produced to ensure consistent and repeatable deactivation height across batches.
Reliable EAS system performance requires consistent label quality across every production batch. Even small material deviations can impact detection or deactivation.
By controlling resonator production, bias material processing, and final assembly, we maintain tight production tolerances and consistent performance across high-volume manufacturing.
Quality metrics are monitored throughout production. Any verified detection, deactivation, or adhesion defects are replaced.
AM EAS labels must perform reliably across different antenna brands and system generations. Detection distance varies depending on antenna design and operating bandwidth, particularly with newer systems that function within narrower frequency ranges.
Labels with inconsistent resonator tuning can experience reduced detection performance when used with narrow-band antennas.
Through in-house amorphous resonator production, controlled magnetic bias processing, N/S magnetisation control, and precision automated assembly, we maintain tight frequency tolerances within the 58 kHz operating range (typically 57.7–58.3 kHz).
This controlled frequency distribution supports reliable compatibility across major 58 kHz AM EAS systems and ensures consistent detection performance under defined operating conditions.
